What this page covers
This page explains what information Age Evolution collects through this website, how it’s used, and who can access it. It is a plain-language summary, not a legal contract. If you have questions, email contact@ageevolutionhq.com.
Information we collect
This website has two forms that collect information:
- Waitlist form — collects only your email address.
- Start Project inquiry form — collects your name, email, business or organization, project type, project description, timeline, optional budget range, optional current website link, and preferred contact method.
We do not run analytics, advertising trackers, or cookies for tracking purposes on this site.
How we use it
Form submissions are used to respond to your inquiry, evaluate fit for a project, and follow up using your preferred contact method. We do not sell, rent, or share submission data with third parties for advertising or marketing.
Who processes form data
Both forms are processed by Formspree, a third-party form-handling service. Formspree relays submissions to Age Evolution by email and stores them in its dashboard. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policy.
The website itself is served from Amazon S3 and Amazon CloudFront. AWS may log standard request metadata (IP address, user agent, timestamp) for operational and security purposes; we do not use these logs for tracking.
Retention
Inquiry data is retained for as long as it’s useful for follow-up. If you would like your inquiry removed, email contact@ageevolutionhq.com with the email address you used to submit.
What to leave out of forms
Please do not include passwords, private medical information, financial account credentials, or other sensitive personal data in any form on this website. Send sensitive details only after we’ve established a direct working channel.
Changes
This summary may be updated as Age Evolution grows. The effective date at the top reflects the most recent change.
